Agreement to Terms
By using AutoTransport's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
AutoTransport provides vehicle transportation services throughout the United States. We act as a broker connecting customers with licensed and insured carriers.
Booking and Payment
- Final payment is due upon delivery of your vehicle
- Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on actual conditions
Vehicle Condition
You are responsible for accurately describing your vehicle's condition. Vehicles must be in operable condition unless otherwise specified. Any damage present before transport should be documented.
Insurance and Liability
All carriers maintain insurance coverage as required by law.
Personal Items
No personal items may be in the vehicle during transport. Personal items are not covered by carrier insurance and are transported at your own risk.
Delivery Windows
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We will make every effort to meet estimated delivery windows but are not liable for delays.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
